ClassCharts:ClassCharts | Woodhey High School

ClassCharts provides parents with an overview of their child's school experience. Through the app, you can:

  • View positive behaviour points and achievements.
  • Monitor behaviour incidents and sanctions.
  • See homework that has been set and when it is due.

If your child receives a detention, ClassCharts will automatically notify you by email. This ensures you are aware that your child will be remaining in school until 4:00pm and can make any necessary arrangements.

My Child at School (MCAS):My Child At School

MCAS is our main platform for school communications and payments. Through MCAS, you can:

  • Receive school letters and emails.
  • Update personal and contact information.
  • Pay for school dinners.
  • Pay for educational visits and trips.
  • Pay for music lessons and other school purchases.

We strongly encourage all parents and carers to download both apps and enable notifications so that you never miss important information from the school – you will receive a letter with instructions to downloading and logging into both apps.

Contacting the School:

If you need to contact the school, please call the school switchboard or complete the Contact Us form which can be found here: Contact Us Form . This ensures that your enquiry is directed to the most appropriate member of staff and can be dealt with as quickly as possible.

Teachers will not respond to direct emails from parents or carers. All communication should come through the school's official channels so that enquiries can be logged, tracked and forwarded to the correct member of staff where necessary.

If you are unsure who to contact, please get in touch via the school office and we will ensure your enquiry reaches the right person.

We would always rather over-communicate than under-communicate. If you have a question or concern, please contact us so that we can work together to support your child.
